Our process

Step 1

Enquiry

You will make the enquiry preferably through our website by filling out our enquiry form on the "Contact" page. One of our team members will contact you to arrange a Site Inspection with one of our Master Builders.

Step 2

Site Inspection

One of our Master Builders will meet you at your property and inspect the areas of concern. If you live in the Newcastle region, the Site Inspection will be free of charge. If you live further our, there may be a small fee.

Step 3

Free Quote

You can expect to receive your detailed free quotation within 7 days of the Site Inspection. If you have any questions regarding the quote, you can speak directly with the Master Builder you met on site.

Step 4

Job Schedule

On acceptance of the quote, one of our team members will give you a call shortly after to book you into our schedule. A 10% deposit will be sent out and if you paid a fee for your site inspection, the cost of this will be deducted from the deposit invoice.

Step 5

Commence Work

Our team will arrive at your house at approximately 7:30am unless stated otherwise to begin the works. If your job is over $5,000, you will need to sign the contract before we commence. You may remain in the house unless advised otherwise.

Step 6

Job Complete

Each job usually takes between 1 - 5 days to complete unless it is a more extensive job. Progress payments will be sent throughout the works. You will be notified when the works have been completed and kindly asked to leave us a review.

Austin's main priority is to help home owners prepare their foundations before renovations and make sure that the home is structurally safe as the ground moves over time and can cause issues with individual piers.
